there was a roasted capsicum with garlic salad to go with that combo, but that requires a separate lot of pictures... and i could not take those myself with the very oily hands.
maybe next time SWMBO will be available to take pics...
but in essence, if you like garlic and salads on the sweet side... well... just keep on the edge of your chair! it's as simple to make as it is tasty!!!
