The maker of this knife was very talented, but he failed to include a kick on the blade. As a result, the sharp edge of the blade makes contact with the back spring when it is closed. I'd love to know if he learned from experience and made improvements on his next knife.

I don't know for certain, but I assume it was made by Bear and Son.
It feels like one of their knives, nothing close to perfect but still done well enough.

I think I must like the Tribal Lock. If Case ever does a mini Tribal, I'm sure Ill be all in on that one too
