if you could only have one handgun

The magazine flexibiity between models of the same caliber makes a Glock a very good choice, not to mention their reliablility and ease of use. The question for me is always "do I want a 40 S&W or 9mm?". So far it has been a 40 S&W (Glock 23). I still like revolvers an awful lot and would find it difficult to choose unless the choice was situational. It is much like choosing "one knife".
