Lets see some Hinderer action

If you find a gen 4, I would bet it’s just as smooth as a gen 6 on bearings. Mine flicks open easily and drops shut without having to shake the knife to make the blade fall. I haven’t looked for any, so I don’t know if they are hard to find or not.

Yeah, Gen 4 non flippers are really fantastic. I still think about picking on back up every time I see one pop up for sale. I had a WF non flipper slicer that I added a textured TI scale to. Once of the coolest Hinderers I've owned. I miss it regularly.
 
I found a 1/16 hex that can swap out into the Hinderer tool ,
Milwaukee tools has a pack of 10

Offcenter blade. I'd take it apart, push the pivot in, and re-tighten the pivot screw.

Good eye:thumbsup: But not the right answer, pivot was loosened before picture taking in order to take the knife apart. Here´s another pic:(

Gen5, bought new from a dealer 2 weeks ago. Guess I'll need to send some e-mails.
