That's a fancy one. I didn't do very many satin lengthwise grinds on the 3V Shiv. Too much surface area in contact to cut 3V very effectively

I was not excited about a Kephart but you won’t like what you don’t try, and now I like. A lot! It’s excellent in the hand, I was expecting it to be a bigger knife than it is for some reason but it definitely feels like a do it all type knife. Damn I love it!

Good eyes. Those are titanium Torx screws on the FK2. It’s special order from CPK.

I remember Nathan said something about BFK scales being a bit less contoured. Thank you.

Note the different tip (the belly, not the swedge) of FK1 and FK2. Feels like this and the practical size will make my FK1 my most used Field Knife going forwards.
