Haha, yep, getting there. I got the ol' girl in 2011. She's seen some use. :thumbsup:
 
Still only using the center area of the blade i see... youve really got use that knife in a sawing motion in the wood. You can tell its made for that by the plain edge. A knife with a serrated edge is for pounding.

Set that blade on the log and work it back and forth. You wont even need to hit it with a baton. You may even get large muscles from this activity but most likely, youll get an overworked arm, which even better! After repeating this for several attempts you may begin receiving the much sought after condition, known as tennis elbow!

also... that is a bk9 which all my becker knives aspire to be like.
 
The edge is toothy enough that it may saw just fine and dandy, haha.

Been a while since I posted up the collection. Couple of rare birds in there, but mostly pretty straightforward. Had to sell a few but they were mostly duplicates that I had. Didn't sell off anything too precious.

So I see the img trick doesn't work anymore? How do people post pictures now?
