Thank! Prior to this I also removed all the screw and spacer hardware and mirror polished them along with the thumb stud, then I mirror polished the blade spine as well. (notice how dry and bland the micarta looked before)

I know. I just got it in the mail today and I was stunned at how lucky I got with the ladder. It can sometimes be hit or miss and this one is a big hiit! Thank you :thumbsup:

That’s a beautiful black micarta raindrop 31!!

I’m very tempted to pick one up, but I’m holding out to see how the wood inlayed small 31 raindrops/boomerangs look.

Thanks! I really lucked out with the damascus patterns on both. Chad Nichols makes some quality steel.

Im still impartial about the lack of locating hole but the action is smooth with the ceramic ball and still feels like a sebenza...(who woulda guessed)

Just got this one off of the bay. See if I come to terms with it after some use.

It's taken some time to get accustomed to that new inlay but I'm not gonna lie, I think I do like the wood inlays better on the 31. Do they offer damascus on the 31 with wood yet? I don't think I've seen it.
