Show Us Your Traditional Customs!

Oh my! Not sure how I forgot this one! An amber stag trapper from Alan Davis. The whole knife is beautiful but the filework is just spectacular and makes it for me. I didn’t have any pics on my phone so hopefully Alan doesn’t mind if I use one of his.

My small, but rapidly growing, collection of traditional customs.

The fixed in this pic is a Larry Rosi. The other three from top to bottom are a John Lloyd stag “Moonshiner”, a John Lloyd amber stag Zulu, and a John Lloyd amber stag dogleg.

Then there is my latest, a python canvas micarta Zulu from Andy Fannin. I love it so much I am already on his books for 2 more.

I am missing one here, a John Lloyd Zulu in barbed wire micarta. I Currently have some on the books from Jim Dunlap, Chris Taylor, Jeffery Mitchell, Andy Fannin, and Larry Rosi.
That Rosi is a standout. I'm partial to John Lloyd and you have some really nice examples. If you get the time I'd like to see the barbed wire zulu. Thanks for the post.

Below is a John Lloyd big spear point stag jack knife I think it's 4.5" or 4-5/8"

And here together with two additional knives, second from left the " Carolina Toothpick" ,a George Herron Gent tribute ( firehose micarta),and all the way to the right the " Moonshiner" in copper layered carbon fiber. These two are John's own designs

Doesn't get much better then those, Vince!
Here's my John Lloyd Trapper that I'll post here too. It's got a lot of mileage on this forum. CPM-154 blade, super stag and 4". In my pocket almost every day.

@VCM3 Vince, Do you know if John has a pattern name for this one, other than Trapper?

This is an unbelievable thread! Like porno for knife lovers. Thanks to everyone who posted these incredible pictures. I really enjoyed seeing them (and hope there are lots more to come).

I posted this in the Jim Dunlap thread, but I think it deserves a place here as well. This is my beautiful Gent's knife in micarta that Jim made for me in 2014. I requested a custom shield. Jim was a pleasure to work with and I absolutely love this knife.

Stunning knife!
