That's a CRKT Hunt 'N Fisch with G10 handle and an 8Cr13MoV drop point blade. It was designed by the late Larry Fischer.

With tremendous assistance from @Ratbert , I have discovered that my mystery barlow posted above was made by Michael Manrow, who handmade knives in Toledo, OH. Further research indicates that he made knives from 1975 until 2002, and that his early knives, often one-of-one, had his name hand-engraved, This is from my knife's tang:
