Sketchen Scales Customs

Looking good dnairradiator! One more day of this heat and I'm out of here. If anyone is considering moving to or from Phoenix at the hottest time of the year, by the way, I do not recommend it. :-)

Nasgul, international orders aren't a problem at all, just let me know.

We worked on our 1st project while you were moving from MA to AZ, Ironwood Domino. Man, how long has it been? Time flies but you're the same awesome, selfless dude banging out some seriously awesome hand crafted scales.

Take care and have safe travel back to home.

Here's a blast from the past:

Thank you Spketch !
I will let you know.
I think I remember it's around $50 for international shipment with tracking until the arrival.
I should ask you for at least 2 pairs of scales to make it worth the $50 shipment.

Makes sense to me Nasgul. ;)

Made it safely to MA and I'm back in business. First one done was this PM2. Still need to work in the lighting situation for better pictures.

Thanks treeshaker! With the humidity it honestly feels a lot more uncomfortable here, but fall is on the way.

Staying busy!

Emerson Iron Dragon.
This one was a challenge since it has no liner, a blind stop pin hole, and precise milling for the bearing pocket. Worked out beautifully though.

Great shots Greg! That strobe is a sweet knife.

Another white Emerson, mini A100 with white G10:

Haha it's a cool look for sure.

Staying busy! Planning to finish the main scales for a very special Vallotton tomorrow.

I just ordered my Gayle Bradley 1 and have the two pre-ordered. I think in gonna have you and mmans0311 do both of them. Thinking of just doing a stone wash and etch and canvas micarta on the 1 since it seems to be the more rugged of the two. Then on the two make it a little dressier with ivory linen micarta and the bolster done in the same darker micarta to match the GB1. Maybe just have mmans do the screws and clip on that one and leave the blade. Will let y'all know as soon as GB1 arrives.

I plan on putting in an order for aome od g10 scales for my native 5 very soon. ... But i also see you make beada for lanyards and such... Do you have the means to make a shift knob? Id be very interested in a custom shift knob but dont want to get excited thinking about what material i want if you cant or sont want to make a shift knob. Anxious to read your reaponse to this one.

No go on the shift knob but I can certainly help with the native, let me know.

Just finished this Browning for a good friend. The rounded handle totally transforms the feel in hand.
