Picked this up because of the strange (to me anyways) blades. No makers marks...

the "tuning forks" looks like two golf tools to mark where your ball stopped on the green, and you're not the next to whack your ball, to me.
I've never tried that game ... maybe they are to help reset the divit?

I believe one is for divits and the other is a tool used to tighten the cleats on golf shoes.
 
Not very often can I find a deal at an antique store anymore, but yesterday I found this Robeson 512224 Grandaddy Barlow for $16. It’s certainly seen some love as maybe a half inch of the blade is gone, but it is firm with no wobble, not proud, covers still in great shape and superb walk and talk - snappy as ever after a flush.
