Handle – birch bark and brass.
Leather sheath with wooden insert .

My weekend work . Stacking birch bark and drawing figures on the sheath.

Another damascus puukko , this time in combination with desert iron wood. And small experiment with the etch - slight copper coating.

Steel – damascus laminate with 52100 core.
OAL - 242 mm (~9.5").
Blade - 118x21x4.3mm (~4.6x0.8x0.17 ") rhomboid grind.
Blade finish - 800p , etched and copper coated .
Handle – arizona ironwood , g10 spacers and aged brass.
Leather sheath with wooden insert.
Weight with/without sheath - 153/196 grams.

The stacking of bark continues. This time on a pattern welded blade. i also made some small changes on the sheath shape.

Blade finish - p800 .
