Whacha Been Up To......

Is there anything cooler than a Tool Roll? I don't think so :)
Simple affairs as usual:

The one in the middle is still just glued together.

Very cool, thanks for posting! What leather is that?

It is very soft and pliable, but still strong (its pretty hard to push a needle through it) It should be cow, but not sure. It is not PU coated, because NF oil permeates it freely?
Nice looking stuff for sure.

Nichole finished off a couple of more her Canvas and Leather totes:

These are canvas lined with another pocket inside:

Leather used is water buffalo.

Thought all you cowboys and cowgirls might like this, it is a painting of the old Frontier Pioneers i copied out of True West magazine. I just liked it.

Very cool! I've often thought about making a saddle horn loop for carrying a rifle like the second guy is using. Problem is these days most saddle horns are very big compared to what they were back then. Haven't figured out the geometry yet.

Little known fact. I was voted True West magazine's Best Living Western Knife Maker of 2009, by the subscribers. Got the plaque out in the shop.

Nichole does beautiful work!
Thank you sir! Those totes have proven pretty darn popular! heck she's in there making another and I'm here typing!
