What is your dream forging press?

The new guide has 2 two inch diam round bars on each side of the cylinder. If you look from the top dowm it looks like a five on a domino. The center would be the cylinder. The 4 on the outside would be the 4 guides.
Do you think it might be over engineered?
.

Hey Mike

do you need some help on the over engineered parts:foot: :D

Hey Guys:

I've acquired 4-100 ton hydraulic cylinders and was wondering what I should do with them. The are real stout. Also have a portable controller for them also. Someone told me they are used for lifting houses and called a PortaPower. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Bob

Thanks Dan. Can I get back to you on that?:D

Here is the top ram. The ram slides on four 2" diam. rods. That should keep everything secure.
