Thanks! It's stamped Standard Knife Co. (possibly made by KaBar?) The decomposing celluloid was replaced by Glennbad with acrylic.

My Son came down for Father's Day and also to give me a hand with some heavy work that I am no longer able to do . My Son was the one who paid for the Stag 73 and will one day get it , so I just wanted to carry it today . He has never been interested in knives but today he asked if he could pick out some .
