Its a folding version of a Canadian Belt Knife, made Grohmann in Nova Scotia.
Edit: I should add that this one is a "Mini" and is about the same size as a Case /Tribal lock although it is somewhat thicker

Despite being in Puukkoland....really like the design of these and it's one of my favourite fixed blades for travels and food prep. Fantastic ergonomics too.Thank you.
