What would you like to see a knife from CPK do?

Good luck and wY to realize what's important bud. I hope everything works out for you this time around.
 
Here's a late 80's design by Curt Truell, called the Stormbringer, that was made primarily by Joe Kious and Ray Cover, Sr. that I always found quite effective. Many called it a subhilt or semi-subhilt boot knife. I could see it improved with just a bit more heft here and there as with the tapered tang and blade, and typical CPK finishes with micarta rather than wood. Actual pics show the design, below:

betzner, that is a beautiful and interesting design.

JF, no response necessary, but wishing you and the little lady the best buddy. BTW, glad to see that LC's not going to be relegated to the role of safe queen :)
