Well, this is how the chef's knife ended up coming out. Not perfect and a far cry from some of the kitchen knives posted on here but I learned alot from this knife! Going to start grinding at the tip to the plunge line... not plunge line to tip. I accidentally made a dip near the 'heel' so it's not as solid feeling as I wanted... but my wife loves it On to the next one!
