The Amazing Virginian any chance you have a copy of your recipe? I'd love to try my hand.

D darsk20 I struggled to make a decent pho broth until I tried this guy's recipe: https://www.joshuaweissman.com/post/vietnamese-pho. I think I remember adding a pretty good amount of extra fish sauce, sugar and garlic to make it taste right. Who knew mop water took so much effort to make (but totally worth it)?

Nope, my kids don’t care for it and I don’t think it adds anything to a seafood gumbo.
