Well shoot, I accidentally drilled the holes to connect sheath parts too big since I am used to my 1/4” eyelets. The Chicago screws I am using for that section are smaller. No big deal. Make ‘em sheaths of their own!

Oh and while they were curing I did some skill training. Another freehand tapered tang, this time down to 3/32” instead of the 1/8” I did the first couple times. Stock thickness 3/16”.
