Why does the new software not hold my login?

My phone, Android 6 & Chrome, BF accepts my login credentials, ie does not give me a login error message, then takes me to the home page as a visitor. This started yesterday. Am on my tablet with Android 7 + Chrome and so far have been able to stay logged in. (Have not tried logging out and then back in for fear of being locked out completely.)

Good evening admins and mods,

I was just wondering if you have any suggestions as to why I keep getting logged-out, despite selecting to remain logged-in?

This is on Win10 Chrome and also mobile. This does not happen on any other forums I'm routinely on, which - to me - suggests it's not an issue with my browser 'forgetting' but I could be wrong.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thus far, my Windows 7 computer running Chrome keeps the login fine. However, just very recently on my iPhone and iPad running Safari it loses the login at times but infrequently.
 
My phone now holds the login fine. But on my chrome book I still cannot login at all. No error message, just a return to the main page as a visitor.
 
I had to delete all my bookmarks and start over. Login wouldn't work from the bookmarked page, but worked fine if I navigated to the page.
Now I can stay logged in again too
 
I don't use bookmarks on my phone, and if I use my autofill it doesn't work. At this point I'm using email alerts for conversations to get in.

when i open the hyperlinks on the main page, and specifically the hyperlink at the top of the page "bladeforums image"

they all just goto www. and instead they need to be changed to goto https://www.[rest of link]

i think thats the main issue im having now. cause when i goto those links and type https:// in front of them, they work fine. im using Flat Awesome + (BETA)
 
Just started doing this to me today. Logs me out constantly and often won't let me log back in.
 
iPhone and iPad using Safari bump me out sporadically but allow me to log back in.

PC with Chrome will not log in at all.
 
This is getting really annoying. As of yesterday have to log in every time the page is opened.:mad:
What happened?
 
7/20/17 is when this thread was started and it's gotten worse since then. This has to be addressed. Members shouldn't have to figure out work arounds tech support should fix these problems. Im sure if you pay for a service and it isn't up to par complaints would be made. I know outside of here if I get the run around I speak up to fix the problem. So it's understandable a complaint about this is made and should be addressed.
 
Since the solution was posted pages ago (changing bookmarks and quick navigation to https), I've had zero issues with my two computers or Android. Firfox or Chrome.
 
Still working on trying to get this resolved. At this time I've reverted this to go back to straight http instead of https
 
What has worked for me using an iMac and Google Chrome as the search engine:

1. Remove saved password from manager
2. Remove bookmark
3. Sign in with https:// and allow Chrome to save password
4. Add bookmark.
