I also cut venison into 1 inch cubes marinade in soy sauce overnight. Shake it in peppered flour then deep fry On My!!!!!

I treat venison like shrimp and fish. To much heat and its ruined very quickly.

True that! I used to get all sorts of cuts when I send deer to the processor. Now I get I just get butterflied backstraps, and everything else ground venison and jerky cuts.

I can't handle fresh raw peppers, too hot for me 91 cooking with them is fine

Those ones were young, so they weren't that spicy. The old ones with the cracks are the real hot ones!
