Shame you had to put that box down, @meako . I hope it went quickly.
I hope you enjoyed it Stuart, it sounded delightful
From last night
"I shall gather Cohort and venture forth to seek out Brittanic Heathens.
They shall be sacrificed for the glory of
Meakus Suessae Stultus Inania !!"
Friday night, after my divorce, a rare drink.
A new brewery opened up nearby, the only one in town now, I think.
I went to their grand opening on Saturday where they were having quite the shindig. Snow Peak Brewing Company makes some decent ales! I tried a couple of their IPAs, their Strong Ale, and their Amber. All of them were quite good.
Never tried this one before, but highly delightful.........need more
Everything gets dusty when your prepping handle materials. A group of thirty on the work bench including a couple for guys here on the porch:
This is good stuff. I'll have to get another case before the season passes.
Mrs. Oro surprised me today with a 12 pack of Sam Adams Octoberfest (one of my favorites!)
I'll have one or three in your honor. Your bottle opener is just awesome!
When turtles attack!
Thank you. I'll reciprocate with the Octoberfest. The St Olaf bottle opener is from @Jack Black. Your turtle is very cool.
Maybe come the apocalypse I can be concierge to a tribe of craft-brew-loving Amazons.
I enjoyed sipping this super stout last night!
Who put that Sharpie there?!
10%....!! @Jack Black ....wow, fella, that's a mighty brew. Best cold......?
Budweiser beer in an aluminum can with a screw off lid. Not a bad beer but there are much better ones available.
A beast Paul! But a tasty one! I chilled it in the fridge, but then savoured it over an hour, and the complex flavours came out as it de-chilled I think I might be having that one again
Inspite of my mistrust of Roman numerals, which tend to be used to by the BBC to disguise the age of their repeat programmes, or in this case, a very recent history, I rather like this cloudy IPA, a hefty 7.5. And it matches my knuckle tattoos!
