I just received a nice Schrade stockman from the mid 1970s of which I was only peripherally aware. An open stock model 832, it's basically a 34OT with different covers, these called wood-grained Delrin. A beautiful, minty example with the "as-ground" blades and early post-Walden N.Y. U.S.A. tang stamp.

Jeff, Interesting Delrin textured handles, it looks very similar to some of the Camillus & Craftsman Delrin one sees on some of their Electrician Knives. I have a fair number of Schrade Open Stock knives, all with Delrin handles, but only one with that same texture as yours (all of my others have jigged Delrin). Would be nice to know if it was a specific era or was simply random. Here is my Schrade-Walden 896K with the same Delrin texture.
