Coming soon, Spyderco Southward with carbon fiber scale.
Coming eventually, crossbreed minituck for my SIG P365SAS with lima laser, as well as a beltless iwb holster for my Steyr m9.
Also, the Viper Novis came last week. I had put it back in the box Friday because I was unhappy with the action and the rather sharp jimping on the lockbar.
Woke up, could not find my glasses. After looking all over the room and house. I started to have an anxiety attack. Grabbed the Novis out of its box, and determinedly flipped it.
I calmed down, and 3 things happened.
1. The action on the knife got much better, can flip without any wrist. Very smooth.
2. Upon closer inspection, I realized the lockbar can be disengaged without running into the serrated edge (lol).
3. Found my glasses, somehow inside a pillowcase.
Moral of the story:
I like fidgety knives as they help my anxiety, as well as being useful. Sometimes, you have to dick around with a knife before saying hell with it and sending it back. So, I'm keeping the Novis. Still wish it had a clip, but going to try the suspension clip I was recommended.
Also, put your glasses in a safe place when you go to sleep.
