Here's the knife and specs:

11.5" overall length
6" blade of CPM3V, 3/16" thick, full flat grind

Base Price = $265

Sheath is INCLUDED

Your Choice of Leather, Kydex, Drop-Loop Kydex or Spec-Ops Combat Master. (more pics as I get to 'em!)

Here's how it works. I will be maintaining 2 lists: the Official Sign-Up List and the Interested List. To make the Official Sign-Up List, you need to send a $85 deposit. If you don't want to send a deposit, but still want in on the run, let me know and I'll put you on the Interested List. If all the slots fill up before you can make a deposit, then you will be first in line for any Extras (usually are at least a couple).

For this first run I only have 16 slots open - very limited, I know, but working in smaller batches seems to be working better and moving much faster.

The steel is on its way to the Waterjet Cutter already - let the party begin!

Here's a rough breakdown of timeframe (rounding "up" the best I can to allow for scheduling errors).

Mid-April = steel being cut
Late-May = blanks arrive, I grind the blades, drill holes, clean-up, send off for heat-treat
Mid-June = blanks return from heat-treat, ready for glue-up
Early July = first knives start to roll
Early Aug = list is complete

Handle Options:

Natural Canvas Micarta (add $0)
Black Canvas Micarta (add $0)

Upgrades:
Green Canvas Micarta (add $10)
Black/Tan G10 (add $25)

Liners (add $10) - any color = red, black, blue, yellow, green

Those are the only handles/options I'm interested in offering at this time. If you have a specific request, please email me privately. Thanks!

To sum up, all I need is an email from you with the following information:

1 - Forum Name =
2 - Real Name =
3 - email address =
4 - Handle Choice =
5 - Sheath Choice =
6 - Deposit? If so, what method =

Is there anyway possible to get it in a different steel? If not for this run then maybe for the next? I cannot for the life of me get a good edge on 3V. O1 would be awesome.

I've updated the lists - thanks, guys!

tknife - yes, there will be other steels in future runs. But, probably more likely to be S90V or D2....LOL (both harder to sharpen than 3V).

What's giving you trouble with 3V? Are you using diamond hones? If not, you can get a DMT stone pretty cheap (under $30) and it will last a very, very long time - and works wonders on "super steels" like 3V.

OK, can't hold out any longer, sign me up as well... email enroute.

Email sent for three other pieces, 4 in total.

Sorry I forgotten my name in this second email, but you can read it into the email address.

Ok - the list is now filled up and CLOSED.

Thanks for the interest, guys!

If you are seeing this thread for the first time and want to be notified of any extras - drop me an email and I'll add you to the Interested List. Also wouldn't hurt to sign up for my Mailing List. (link in my sig line)

Thanks!
