Pizza and Slicers

I’ve been using a store bought dough lately.
The bakery in our grocery store sells frozen dough.
It’s as good as anything I can do at home.

This is the go to recipe for home dough.

I know the pros stretch it by hand, I roll mine for the most part and try to finish it by hand.
That is basically what I do. I use to do it in a food processor but I now do it by hand. I have found it is actually less work when you take in to account cleaning the food processor. We usually make pizza once a week.

If I have time, I’ll make a big batch and freeze it in portions.
If not that store bought one is quick easy, and cheap.
And like you said, no mixer to clean.
If there was a big taste difference I wouldn’t mind the extra clean up, but there’s really not.

Sunday is Pizza day! And finally the store had green peppers again.
