Don't know if this is only a northeast thing, but grocery stores here are now using robots to roam the aisles looking for spills, etc, so they can notify the staff. Not my pic, but I saw my first one yesterday at a Stop & Shop.

Don't know if this is only a northeast thing, but grocery stores here are now using robots to roam the aisles looking for spills, etc, so they can notify the staff. Not my pic, but I saw my first one yesterday at a Stop & Shop.

Speaking of #yardlife, while Martin is freezing his butt off, I have this whole little ecosystem going on in one my Barbados Cherry trees.

The tree is happily sending out tender new shoots, which attract aphids. The ants are their buddies.

Spiders set up shop to feed on the unlucky. Ladybugs move in to devour the aphids.

Lizards see a cushy hammock for bedtime...

And wait, did someone say laaaaadies! These horndogs have no shame.

That picture raises a question.......

If one foot holds a whiskey, the other holds a CPK and one hand presumably holds the camera, what does the other, free hand do?
