The Traveling Spyderco Delica. . .

Mothership!!! Very, very cool.
After Spyderco we tried going on the Coor's tour but were 10 minutes too late...
So we went to New Terrain, a big ass craft brewery.
Everything was good.
I couldn't commit to a new small knife and sadly, outlet prices aren't as good as online prices.
I did HAVE to buy something while I was there so I grabbed my first Byrd knife. It's a SS black Robin 2 aka a Dragonfly clone.
I like the black with a plain edge blade, something you can't get with the Spyderco version.
The wife surprised me with a Santuko. It's a F'in awesome combo of a cleaver and chefs knife. So you can chop but also roll the blade with two hands. Love it.

Cam helped.
The lady won this cutting board at a Pampered Chef party. It's glass so we never really use it, but it was fitting for today.

The wife took a break from the Santuko to use Cam for prepping the pico de gallo. She’s a good sport.
This was Cam’s real use all day.

The serrations are pretty sharp.
Planning my two day hangover now.

It's been three days since you got Cam. Three. So far you've been to Spydero, visited a brewery, had a neighborhood party, made mojitos, got an awesome new kitchen knife and a nice Byrd knife, and had women wrestling on your front lawn.

It's been a busy week for me, Cam went on a impromptu road trip to New Mexico.
Not the prettiest state...
Pretty much this view for 5 hours.
Somehow almost every vehicle between Colorado and New Mexico had Texas plates.
No time for a dog sitter.
The little dude just hanging out.
Cam just hanging around the hotel room.
We didn't bring a utensil for the dog food and were scrounging around for something to use, but then I realized I have a knife!
The food was worth the trip. I love anything smothered in green chile.
Saw some beautiful Santa Fe Stoneworks knives.
No custom spydies sadly (or luckily for my wallet!)
And back in Colorado. Ah, home sweet home.
