Flint Edge Connie. The toe was more worn than was healthy needed a new profile. Just files and my sandpaper attempt to remove scratches.

Weighs 2lbs 14oz. 3 is the only marking I see for a weight, under the poll.

Haha! It's not much compared to your handles but it's it good serviceable handle. It's soaking up BLO faster than I can drink beer!

Thanks Square_peg. It has a mark that takes up a lot of one side of the eye but it is unreadable. I can't seem to figure out who made claw hatchets with phantom bevels on both sides.

And again, all projects start somewhere:

This one looks like it stood wet to pit only on the upper portion - no cheeks but thinner in the middle.

I've checked my catalogs and not found one with phantom bevels.
