I used my xl voyager on an extended holiday in Panama. Used everyday and the "rubbish" aus8 opend many fallen coconuts on various beaches and was still almost shaving sharp. Good back up in the citys also
Aus8 used to really put me off there knives till I tried it and realised it's actually really good for 90% of everything I use it for... to be totally truthful probably 99.9999%!
My large Voyager with AUS 10 also seems to do fine as a work knife outdoors.
