What knife would you like to see next from CPK?

A Spaghetti Squash knife. Something designed around the task of bisecting those tough mf'ers. I'm sure it would come in handy for other kitchen tasks, but it would be interesting to see a knife designed for this singular purpose.

Yeah, we already make one of those

I literally keep my Light Chopper handy to the kitchen for exactly this reason. I have a friend who had a bumper crop of spaghetti squash (actually a delicata/spaghetti hybrid with more flavor, less stringyness, and an honestly much tougher shell), and so the squash have become a major component of my diet as I try to eat healthier. The old LC is pretty great at the task.

That aside, the decadent excess of a CPK cleaver does sound delightful.

You have the wrong attitude about this! Think of it more as an opportunity to expand the list of things that you can justify purchasing based on what you need in the kitchen!

I'm already building a custom AEB-L 4 piece Kitchen set from LT Wright. Gonna be hard to justify adding a $1500 sword for splitting squash at this point. I like where your head is at though!

Just popped into my head and I've got to post it straight away before I forget. Following the the boot dagger (I don't know if it's a success, but based on the last sale thread with 20 of them gone in a minute, it may be ;)), what about some thing EDC-theme like a Push-Dagger (blade between index and middle finger for a correct design)? I'd probably stay up to 3am in my timezone, only to loss out on the sale again. But I'd get one in a heartbeat if the stars align..
