What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Figured these two would work for a little Saturday project; a 35 Calf Pen and an 81 Bull Moose. :)
Much thanks, JJ. Your 35 Calf Pen sure is nice.

Coreman Coreman - Very nice Bastinelli Cal Persian.

@Gary W. Graley - Your Walnut magnifier looks great, Gary.

@5K Qs Love your Marbles Ram’s Horn Sowbelly Stockman, GT.

@Gevonovich - Thank you Gev. I also down loaded his Pulitzer Prize winning “Early Autumn.” Great image of a beautiful yesteryear Jack. May I ask who is the Company?

Jack Black Jack Black - Thank you kindly Jack. Magnificent machinery. I see your well equipped, knife-wise.

@JohnDF - Much thanks, John. That’s a cool Orvis.

I was packing up for a quick rabbit hunt, and then came the rain (2 minutes after this picture).

Fabulous old J. Crookes lamb with your very unique Tissot; fantastic pairing!:):thumbsup:

My Saturday totes came in very handy for my "baby precision" rifle tweak; changed out everything except the barrel and receiver on this trusty old Ruger.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Stuart, the 16 gauge is such an under appreciated shotgun. Good to see them still getting used. A buddy of mine has one in an old single shot. It accounted for seven grouse one day as we passed it back and forth between him, his son and me.

Thank you JJ. Looks like I’m early for a change, Now that I have better look, really liking the 81 Bull Moose, especially the cover. I can also see that you meticulously maintain your “baby ruger as nicely as you do your knives.

Can't love these enough... Congrats man...
and Dare I call Dibs for furure :) ?

Ok where is the really like button? :)

Two new acquisitions for me today. The Remington scout is 1918 - 1932 per the seller. It looks brand new, it is certainly unused. The near-matching federal shields are just a happy accident :).

Took my sailors knife and my oldest knife to see an even older relic. They are sitting on the keel of the American civil war ironclad C.S.S. Nuese, looking from the stern towards the bow.
More pics to follow in another thread;)

That's very cool David :)

I don’t know if it’s the lighting, or you’ve done something to the handles, or if it’s just becoming worn from being carried. But the handles are really taking on a worn/vintage look to me. I like it:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Rainy day,did nothing to handles.Do carry a fair bit, just a stock antique yellow jigged bone 142116 but thanks. 315
