In my collection of modern midtechs, fixed blades, and multitools, my first new old timey knife just arrived! Case Sodbuster Jr. in lime green sawcut bone. Pretty little knife! I am going to try to carry it alongside some modern knives and put it to use and see how it holds up.

I wanted one of the Case burnt indigo bone Copperlocks when they first came out (a couple of years ago, I think), but never managed to connect with one. Saw one while traveling last year at a hardware store in Indiana but passed on it in favor of a blue bone Teardrop with threaded bolsters and bomb shield. Well... This just showed up on the sale page during a big Case knife virtual event this morning so I jumped on it. (Two hours later I checked back just out of curiosity and everything in burnt indigo was sold out. Yea me for not vacillating!)

I ran into a couple of schrade cut barlows. A standard two blade saw cut bone and a single blade with peachseed bone.

I've been carrying a Case 63046 for the last few weeks and carrying it made me want to get a couple more before they disappear. I found these two for the same combined price as one of them costs elsewhere and I couldn't pass them up.
