Thank you 😊 !

I would like to do the entire length of the system, a distance of 202 km from Kingston to Ottawa at one point. 👍

Having said that the 65 km I did this time is the best and most scenic part of it.

My wife and I dream of having a tiny house boat one day to cruise the Rideau in the summer 😊

Glad I am not only one with vivid dreams when cpap is not used. Thanks for sharing your trip. Looks like awesome country your traveled through

Here are a few pictures I took yesterday. Since it was the only decent weather day so far we crammed in a lot of bike riding. I’m terrible at taking pictures when we are doing stuff. I’m always thinking later that I should have taken more pictures.

Hi Josh, wondering how long the migration upriver lasts for the salmon.
Here are a few pictures from the kayak part of the tour we did yesterday. I was too busy trying to catch and bump into my son to take many pictures. That’s my son in the red shirt paddling furiously to get away from me! 😂View attachment 1600632

Awesome my friend   , I am glad the weather improved and you got to enjoy time outdoors with the family  with two great activities.

Interesting trivia LOL
Looks like you and I live in approx. the same latitude about 860 km apart :) I think I will take Esperanza one of this days and go visit you, we should be somehow connected by water :D

That would be great, but we are only visiting here, but you and Esperanza are welcome to visit you’ll just have to make a left turn at the Mississippi and head to the St. Louis area!😊👍

Hope you guys/gals with plenty of water appreciate it. On the way to town today, I drove by Dorris Reservoir (one of the biggest in our area) and this is the state it's in. Notice the family of geese (mom & dad with three young ones) having just left their nest and heading for the nearest water. Normally every thing brown in this picture is covered with water. We are in a full blown drought. I had a knife in this picture but hat to edit it out to give a better picture of what's going on out here.

They even had to put a No Off Roading sign up to keep the idiots off.
