Does anyone have a report of the action on the bone Tidioute 97's?
They aren't even listed on CK's site.

Well I'm sort of glad you did, I've seen those SFOs in the past, now I know where they come from.
 
Just received a Beavertail today. Oddly, I kind of prefer the Tidioutes this time around. Minus the lined bolster, it pretty much looks like a typical Northfield. I may go for a stag though.

While the knife has a decent action, I’m fairly disappointed with the light pull. Something like this should be a snapper IMHO. Seems to be a new GEC standard. I highly doubt that the Northfield’s will have stout pulls which makes me really wonder why they added the nail nick, other than for looks. The knife is easily pinchable.

Looking forward to seeing those saber grinds regardless!
 
We can't always have things our way...but dang I would have been all over that ebony if it didn't have the upper nick.

I've got it on reserve Darren and I'm hoping I can get over the double nick because otherwise I think I have a place for it.
 
what is buttom mania?! are they going to stuff random buttons on with 97's?m
those ebony 97s are just how i hoped they would look. beautiful.
