Isn't that the one that goes off all by itself? Oh wait that its big brother that does that! I must have gotten the lazy ones since they just sit around doing nothing. I love my P365s, P320s, P229 and all other kinds and flavors. I haven't tried the AXG grip yet but I want to. I really want a P365 Legion among others.
I’m still waiting for someone to properly explain to me how a spring loaded firing pin block can move itself up while the trigger is stationary……until then I’m still saying they’re accidental discharges (holster issues) or negligent discharges (finger).Isn't that the one that goes off all by itself? I don't think anyone has video of one going off sitting static in a holster. Lot of them have went off putting into holster. DJ Shipley with GBRS Group just put up a video where a top guy in a class had his go off and he said finger not on trigger. There happened to be great video captured the incident and they pulled it up and as he was inserting into holster he allowed his finger to go into holster and it was crammed into trigger area and BOOM. When I holster finger always out at a 45 off the gun and look gun into holster. Rarely a time where you have to holster super fast.I’m still waiting for someone to properly explain to me how a spring loaded firing pin block can move itself up while the trigger is stationary……until then I’m still saying they’re accidental discharges (holster issues) or negligent discharges (finger).
No issues out of my Xten and only issue I had with my super early Tacops P320 is what it wouldn’t run suppressed within the first 30 rounds of breaking it in which seemed common (but I sold it not long after getting it)
Im up to 3 365s now and all have been pretty great. Have a SUPER early gen 1, and the AXG Macro I’m carrying is one I built
There was a video a few months ago, at a training class, where one went off in the holster while everyone was standing on the line listening to the instructor.I don't think anyone has video of one going off sitting static in a holster. I agree. I was a Glock guy for years. Once I got a Sig, M&P, Walther, 1911s and others the point of aim was off. I would draw and present and then had to rock down. Same was true when all I shot was Glock. I would draw then have to raise up. I have nothing against Glock and will probably get another and have the hump removed. Great reliable pistols. Now would I buy another 320? Probably not. My 365 macro is smaller with just as many rounds. There was a video a few months ago, at a training class, where one went off in the holster while everyone was standing on the line listening to the instructor.
Some of the people in the class who were nearby (not a beginner’s class), also chimed in that the person wasn’t messing with it, when it fired in the holster. I have no idea.
I will say, though; when you do an Armorer’s level takedown of a Glock, you really appreciate the simplicity of the design. Gaston pared it down to the minimum number of parts, to function.
In comparison, almost every other semi auto has 150% to double the parts counts, to do the same thing.
Are there any manufacturers that have manuals that don't say that? I know that Glock, Ruger and Kahr all say not to carry with a round chambered in their manuals. They just updated their manual for the p320 to state you should not carry with a round chambered. You draw your own conclusions from that.
Didn't know that. Wow.I like my p365 x macro and I coukd be considered a sig fan. However, sig has been shady about the p320 issues lately. They just updated their manual for the p320 to state you should not carry with a round chambered. You draw your own conclusions from that.
Don't have a 226 but I have a 229 Legion SAO that I love. However if I'm gonna carry some weight I carry my Wilson SFX9 or a 1911.
I think Ruger does as well. Lawyer CYA.I like my p365 x macro and I coukd be considered a sig fan. However, sig has been shady about the p320 issues lately. They just updated their manual for the p320 to state you should not carry with a round chambered. You draw your own conclusions from that.
I wish I could shoot a revolver efficiently. My time is terrible. So, do I go for accuracy (1) or portability (2) ? What say you ?
