That looks like a chunk of ham rather than a pork chop. Nice knife.

To me, looks like a pork chop that's not overcooked (never saw that as a kid, damned Shake & Bake!)

I purchased one of the new GEC Beaver Tail #23s, I don't have a pic as it's not here yet. I was going to sit the #23s out, but that beaver shield and that Brazilian Cherry I just couldn't pass up.

I can't find any faults so far, super light for the size, fantastic action, great ergos. I'm going to grab one of the plain bead blasted versions as well if I can. GPK had them last week but the plain TI sold out in under 2 minutes. By the time I saw the alert email they were gone.

Thank you! I'm guessing given the popularity of this model we'll see some cool variants coming down the line too. In for a cool ti handle color and two tone blade.

A cheaper production version of J E Made knives. Its G10 with D2 steel and first impression is that (for me) its perfect. I can find no faults. The more expensive ones use carbon fibre, ironwood, titanium etc with M390 Stainless, and are, i'm told, custom quality.
