You did well, excellent choice! Had mine since February and zero complaints.

 

To me, looks like a pork chop that's not overcooked (never saw that as a kid, damned Shake & Bake!)

 

I purchased one of the new GEC Beaver Tail #23s, I don't have a pic as it's not here yet. I was going to sit the #23s out, but that beaver shield and that Brazilian Cherry I just couldn't pass up.

 

I'm digging this Lionsteel SR2 I might have to get the same thing just bigger in the shape of an SR1... What a blimmin' masterpiece.

Thank you! I'm guessing given the popularity of this model we'll see some cool variants coming down the line too. In for a cool ti handle color and two tone blade.

So cool, production or custom? Looks like a traditional knife but with modern materials.

 

A cheaper production version of J E Made knives. Its G10 with D2 steel and first impression is that (for me) its perfect. I can find no faults. The more expensive ones use carbon fibre, ironwood, titanium etc with M390 Stainless, and are, i'm told, custom quality.

 

Found one of these in stock had to snag it.

Impulse buy. Love it! Seems like thicker blade stock than a standard PM2 a bit more substantial feeling. Works and is done very well.
