Those look very tastySometimes a cheapy does the job. This little guy (serrated Wharncliffe?) is part of the 3-knife Victorinox Fibrox Pro $18 set. I bought it after reading that the paring knife got the nod for best paring knife among affordable options. It's been a winner, but I like this little serrated one better.
My girlfriend baked two beautiful sweet potatoes this morning and I decided to slice mine up and make sweet potato fries. Just mixed some flour, salt and dried hot peppers from my garden, dipped the slices and fried in goose fat. Incredible.
