OG!Good Morning to Everyone. It's been quite a while since I've posted and there is no way I can catch up.
Decided to watch the sunrise this morning since I haven't done so in a very long time.
Hope everyone has a great day and weekend.

Great looking sticks and knives Mark! I guess we really never grow up!Good Sunday morning Guardians!
Thanks for all the previous comments.I hope to get back around to reply to them this afternoon.
More walking sticks and Ebony Lambfoot.
The sticks are Diamond willow (3) and Bamboo (1). My Grandad used to love carving and whittling on them. He worked on the one with the leather handle and I finished it many years ago, after he passed. The others were acquired more recently and worked on by me and my 2 sons. Also have a lamp he made out of a chunk of it.

I appreciate ( and no doubt along with everyone) the time you do put in, and you have such quality posts, Ron!I’m devoting well over two hours a day to the forum. Usually at least an hour in the mornings including taking my photos for the day if required and more time throughout the day. Of course, I choose to do this and I do enjoy the time. I will say that if I wasn’t retired I couldn’t do it.
For Wooden Wednesday.........

It's been a couple of years since my last Lambsfoot, and I have to say, this one is really well done. A good flushing and a little work on the edge, and it's good to go. Snappy little bugger! The pull is around an 8, but I think it'll break in nicely. Now I need a Big 'un![]()
Very clever.![]()
Very cool Greg![]()

Cleverly Cool Content, Greg!![]()
I saw a nice Coachman's Knife with a Lambsfoot blade the other week, would that be a pattern to re-create?How about this knife from a 1907 Army & Navy catalogue?
