My name is Torre, and I've been collecting knives for the past 6 years or so. I have a collection that totals somewhere around 125 knives,
I could tell as soon as I saw this site, that it might be the best place for enthusiasts.
My tastes are starting to lean towards the precision of some of the nicer cnc machined folders,
Oz Machine Company, Craig Brown, etc,
although I love all kinds.

Greetings from Canada (Lower Mainland, British Columbia) Ive been trying to sell some of my collection to make way for new toys, but the local FB Marketplace/Craigslist attempts have been...challenging. Thought I'd give it a try here. Seen you in the posts!

Very new to the knife world. Like I have always liked knives and thought they were cool. Well my father passed a few months ago and let's just say he was very into knives. Now it seems since he has passed he passed down the addiction to me. Lol. Sorry just thought I'd share

Good evening, I have been into knives for probably 10 years. For a while I have been really into tactical folders and fixed blades. Recently, I have really been enjoying traditional knives and slipjoints. Apparently I signed up for BF in 2015 and never used it because when I went to sign up yesterday my email address was already registered.

Welcome fellow South Carolinian!
I'm in a similar boat. I've been going full circle starting out with traditionals when I was a kid & then going to modern/tactical knives. Now I appreciate the classics again 😉
There's a whole sub-forum on here dedicated to traditionals & slip joints 👍
