Red M390 PM2 dropping 7/17

Sorry everyone, rest assured that it is being addressed and will be back up ASAP.

 

Glad I'm not the only one having issues trying to get in.

 

Going in late to work and now can't get on the site to order the knife!

 

Well, you gotta expect it when you announce a very anticipated release weeks in advance, but don't have the hardware to handle the traffic.

 

"...and for the lack of a server, a knife was lost."

 

I had every alarm in my house set for this...still server down. So frustrating. I expect it to refresh “sold out”.

 

Did not make it very far out of the safe.

 

Now on hold to DLT with probably a million others.

 

facepalm!

Probably should re-announce a new time so people stop hammering it lol so you can get it going again

 

Yep that would make sense. And so people don't have to sit around hitting refresh.

 

Divide all IPs into five batches, allocate the PM2's to these five batches, and then accept orders from them one after another.

Jordan, can you ballpark how long this is going to take? Are we looking at ten minutes or
tomorrow?

 

Did anyone else get dropped off hold on the phone?

 

Previous drops hinted heavily towards an issue, perhaps it is time to investigate a better server solution?

 

Don't bother, they told me they can do nothing, including taking phone orders.

 

Don't think DLT accepts orders via the phone for this run, if that's what you mean.

 

Even the phone line kicks you off after a while!

 

Even their voicemail is full....
