Well, you gotta expect it when you announce a very anticipated release weeks in advance, but don't have the hardware to handle the traffic.

Yep that would make sense. And so people don't have to sit around hitting refresh.
Divide all IPs into five batches, allocate the PM2's to these five batches, and then accept orders from them one after another.

Previous drops hinted heavily towards an issue, perhaps it is time to investigate a better server solution?
Don't bother, they told me they can do nothing, including taking phone orders.
Don't think DLT accepts orders via the phone for this run, if that's what you mean.
Even the phone line kicks you off after a while!
Even their voicemail is full....
