Yeah brother, all the grinds and finishes are done (dlc blades are arriving at supplier tomorrow for coating) and scales are all done and sculpted. The non - dlc blades headed out today to a place for a quick turn around on laser etching, and when they get back I'll knock out swaths and they will be done!

Dunno if you guys like to see this sort of stuff but...

Here are some wip shots... This is right before I sent them out for laser. The coconut fiber was a pain for the machine shop apparently, so I had to trash 5 sets of scales and custom make 2 sets (some were extra but not any more!)

Then, for etching the logo on the spine (yes I'm doing it small and on the spine with the steel type and s/n hidden under the scales!) I had to make them this jig... A g10 block with a slot in it and a couple pins!

I'm thinking 3 weeks or so - they are on the way back to me now then I have to send to laser etch (less than a week turn around). When I get them back then I'll have to put the final edge on, do the minor scale work, make sheaths, and they will be ready!
