Super polished edges

The customer currently has the knife. It was stropped a bit for edge refinement. I dont normally mirror polish my edges so there are some scratches that you cant see in the pics.

Sorry for all the back to back post but I’m finally getting some okay results. I think my Sebenza is knife #..26 on my paddles(after all the friends and families kitchen ware). Sadly the wife is getting annoyed hearing the constant grinding of steel:D. What do you guys think?

Looking like a Sebenza should!
 
I'm not sure I understand the mirror edge thing.
Because an edge is shiny doesn't mean it's sharp. In fact, it could be incredibly dull.
 
I am still having a hard time with sharp , shiney as is Rockstead. good luck with that
