What Knife Did You Carry On Your Wedding Day?

Flew to Vegas to get married, so didn't bring a knife. Can't remember what I was carrying at the time, but probably a generic liner lock. Still got the wife, but not the knife.

It's alright! You've had time to upgrade to a nice frame lock or something haha
 
Vic Cadet. We were on the beach and that's my normal "non-fishing" blade when I'm at the coast.
 
I wasn't afraid enough to feel the need to carry a knife into church (37 years ago the 27th). ;) I did, however have a Colt LWC 1911 .45 in my shoulder rig (maybe that's why I wasn't afraid). :eek:

I carried a SAK Tinker that I bought while I was in college and was my one and only knife for many years. I got married long enough ago that it was normal for most men to carry pocket knives so it wasn't like I put any thought into it that day. I thought that knife was long gone until my dad called me last week to say that he found an old tackle box of mine while he was downsizing his work room. I'm 90% certain that that knife is in there and I can't wait to carry it again.
 
Honestly, don't remember if I carried a knife or not. I don't think so.

However, my daughter is getting married in May. I am considering a Case Trapper with white pearl scales, limited run, 1/500. I have been keeping it to pass on to my first grandchild.
 
Knives didn’t exist back then; just rocks and clubs.

In all seriousness, I didn’t start the hobby til decades later.
 
I was carrying a Schrade 33OT. I only owned two knives at the time , the other one was a Buck 110 and it was to big and heavy for my suit pants pocket.
 
The groomsmen all received SOG Twitch IIs with the engraving "Man, life's so rad."
I carried an odd little barrel knife which was my grandfather's it was special because he used it to cut wildflowers for my grandmother on their first date.

I carried my purple Delica. Our colors were purple and orange. In hindsight, I should have bought an orange one and made two in orange/purple.
 
Small stainless frame Puma dress knife. I’ll see if I can dig it out.
 
Ebony Northwoods presidential and my Emerson Mini Commander as it’s been with me for every recent major life event: thesis presentation, college graduation, first date with wife, proposal, marriage, job interview, etc.
 
The Davison. Actually had it made just for the occasion.
