What knife would you like to see next from CPK?

SDFK is on the horizon. It’s the basic line version of the HDFK. I’m saying that based on verbal description. We haven’t got a sneak peak yet but they are “in process” I believe.

I’m sure a lot of folks are looking forward to getting there hands on one of these, hopefully they will be a regular on the web site.

Thanks for the info Cap’n Smudge Cap’n Smudge hopefully they’ll keep the fullers, I saw there was mention of omitting them. I’m a pretty big fan of them (purely aesthetic reasons).

I’m not gonna let those pesky little fullers get in the way of owning such a quality piece.

HDFK Carothers Ironwood.jpg

3.5 - 4 inch robust paring knife.
Like a small EDC blade with a bit of reach.
Something with clearance for the knuckles when cutting on a flat surface.

Something for cutting sausages , hard cheeses, peppers, etc.

Robust enough to cut smaller wood (if needed) to add to a small fire. Like 2-3in diameter pieces of wood.

It’s different
It’s interesting and I’d be in to buy a few.

Just my thoughts
