What knife would you like to see with MagnaCut blade steel?

...so the real question actually answered in this thread, like in countless other threads of numerous titles before, is: "Fellow dudes, what's your favourite Spyderco knife?!" ;)
This is so true.

The Persian is one of Larrin's favourite models, and mine as well, so despite the difficulty getting Seki knifemakers to work with American steel I would love to see a new, thinner Persian in MagnaCut. (I have the red polished g-10 sprint with bolsters, and although I don't like how thick the edge is from the factory I love the knife.)

All of em.

if it’s possible, I say replace the standard s30v models with magnacut.

Agreed.
If I’m not mistaken, 154CM was designed to be a knife steel - as was s30V.
Both of them were implemented into a lot of models for a lot of brands.
Magnacut’s creation follows that same tradition; designed to be a knife steel.

I say, here here!
Put it in everything.
Make it the new norm if it’s so great.

Correction:
S30V was designed to be a cutlery steel.
154CM was originally developed for turbine blades.

Spoiler:

on the Spyderco forum Sal stated:

"As far as introduction with Spyderco, I'd druther begin with a bunch of Mule Teams so we can get them out to ELU's. (...) It will be Eric's call on models. We did order quite a bit of steel. For me, I think a Para 2 or 3 and a Shaman."

So no surprises here ;)

I was hoping there was such a thread as this.

Sometimes I think about what Spydercos I would do dealer exclusive runs of even if I was independently wealthy and could afford to commission 'dealer' exclusive runs.

Last night I was thinking... I'd really like to do a Gayle Bradley Bowie in Magnacut with lager G-10 handles over white liners, and a fixed Lum Tanto in Magnacut with polished green linen micarta handles over red fiber liners, and a Perrin Street Beat.

Honestly I'd like it to become a staple steel for their fixed blades.

Last night I was thinking Spyderco should make the Bradley Folder in K390 and replace S30V with Magnacut. :)

A few well known custom makers have now done some folders in MagnaCut, and at Bladeshow they had a Sebenza in it. Out of the production brands, I have to think Spyderco will be the first to start using MagnaCut. At least I hope.

A Mule Team is coming for sure and then one of the Golden models will follow.
