Jeff, that dog is . . .

Jeff, this guy is a legacy from my late son. He was eight months old when we lost Jason, and became my living connection.
He loves everybody, but is a one-man dog. Sticks to me like glue. He supervises while I go out and take my daily tote photos, and then chills by me while I drink my morning coffee and look at y’alls knives on the BF Porch.

It finally rained last night and life is out in force this morning. Glorious, but had to rein in the great pawed hunter to save the green anoles. A humming bird even flirted in my face for a few seconds. And praying mantis action too

The garden is still producing cantaloupe and this mornings was particularly sweet and juicy
