Just the mineral water, half a lime squeezed and Tajin.

I have a niece that visits the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, on a regular basis. She had a liver transplant there about 2 years ago, and they continue to take care of her.
My wife made the trip with her a few times and would bring a bag or two of Caribou coffee home with her. Great coffee! I'll have some more in February, after her next visit.
Our niece is doing great, I'm happy to say.
Until then I can drink my inferior coffee in a Caribou coffe cup.

We definitely prefer Caribou to that other coffee chain.
That cup is great! And the lineup of fish species is just right for Minnesota.

Agreed! If it was mine, I'd probably have already stuck a trout sticker over the other lower species.
And cover up the walleye?! Blasphemy, sir!

Took this around 7am while waiting for the coffee to brew.

That Case Barlow is really nice looking.
A bit of Rooibos tea for me today. I am not a tea connoisseur (yet) but this type ranks amongst my favorites.
