So, the whole last week has been trying to get my new shop functional and cleaning my old (home) shop. Man its nice to have room back, and hard to believe the filth and crap that accumulated. My sons job was to go through my grinding belts and throw away the junk ones and organize the usable ones. Check this out.

The junk.

Heres the ones we salvaged laying organized on the ground. Hard to believe all the belts that ive gone through, but then again, before I quite my job, it was pretty balls to the wall with Blade and stuff. Never really had time to clean.

Never used foil and a cottonball but the others are pretty familiar to me. I've been meaning to try flint & steel plus 'd like to learn to collect and knap my own flint, chert etc. I know there are a couple of knap-ins not too far from me but haven't ever been. I guess it onmy to-dolist now!;)

Hey Murph, thanks for showing me how my updated photobucket works tonight! Lol.

I know this ain't no Becker but I had to share this mtech that was mailed to me. I've had it for 3 weeks cause I've been dreading to add fixed clear handles on an already finished knife... All the resin I've been sampling and test pieces kept coming out soft or foggy and I finally just said eff-it and made a few scales then epoxied what I made and hoped they would come out... Well I was shocked when I finally finished them and I didn't think they were gonna come out.

Thanks GSOM, im really excited. i actually had to wait an extra year to get because i didnt take drivers ED, but i finally got it. im really hoping to get a job at Atwoods, but we'll see. i already have a list of gear that i want to get once i start, but that might be a little premature :D

Few things are as liberating as being able to get in the car and go where ever the hell you want.

Congrats on getting your d.l., spikebot.

Gas and insurance are expensive :p

That's why I'm piss broke right now :D

Im lucky enough that my Parents are willing to cover my insurance, for now, but gas is still going to be a problem :o

Mortgage, car payment, gas bill, electric bill, water and sewage, garbage, cable, medical bills, health insurance, dental insurance, savings account, college savings, groceries, and yes... Gas and auto insurance can all get expensive.

And that's why I'm piss broke! Lol :D
